"Day in the Life" - Persona Scenario (Week 2)

This exercise was to develop fictitious personas based on our assumptions, knowledge, perception, and preliminary research on our research topic. The purpose of this was to gain user/environmental context, perspective, and empathy. Personas were then further analyzed by identifying sub-problems, selecting the three most challenging sub-problems, then re-stating the original problem statement proposed, identifying three hypothesis, proposing a solution to the problem and finally, creating a storyboard to provide an example of what the solution may be.
